The Maintenance department is very important to maintaining the quality of systems throughout Mount Carmel in order to ensure that our buildings' equipment is running correctly. Responsible for the maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related healthcare equipment and building systems, Maintenance understands that our patients come first and that the safety of the building is part of keeping our patients at the forefront.

Nutritional Services

Nutrition plays a big part in our patients’ lives. As another facet of how we focus on patient-centered care, our Nutrition Service team works together to provide high-quality food services, nutrition education and nutrition support to everyone we serve. These dedicated professionals achieve timely, cost-effective results through their collective knowledge, talents and skills. You can join this collaborative and supportive group of professionals and help us go the extra mile for our patients’ health.

Patient Transport

A great place to gain experience in a hospital setting, our transporters work closely with our patients and delivery teams while using physical strength to help move patients and equipment. CPR training is required for this position, and is given during the introductory period. As an integral part of our patient experience, transporters have a key role to play at Mount Carmel. Work with a supportive team and help us keep our patients headed towards the care they need.
